Dave comes to his role as C12 Area Chair in north metro Philadelphia having lived for many years in eastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey.  He has led multi-national technology companies for more than 30 years.  Focused mainly on sales and marketing, Dave has helped firms drive their value to a market leadership position, launch new concepts, unite organizations in the wake of mergers, and fine-tune their sales process/approach to capitalize on value offered.  The advice he offers is based on real-world experience from all aspects of life recognizing that everything affecting you potentially impacts your performance.  One of the great joys of Dave’s career has been in helping others discover the promise of the following value formula:  Do the next right thing, place the other person’s desires first in all your dealings, and watch them beat a path to your door.

Dave and his sweetheart of 26 years, Sherry, live in Warrington, Pennsylvania.  They are immensely proud of their two young adult children, Jason and Jessica.  The Shoemaker’s enjoy worshipping at Davisville Church where Dave is active in men’s ministry leadership.  Dave also serves on the Board of Trustees at Christ’s Home, a wonderful organization serving disadvantaged children and those advanced in their years.
